“It’s a great fit for us,” said Colton Higgins, director of sales and marketing at Dilworth Homes.

“Dilworth’s forte is award-winning, high volume, production homes. All Elements’ realm is ultra-premium custom homes in the $4 million-plus category.”

As such, Dilworth will stay in its lane of building homes in its various communities and All Elements will do the high-price builds.

All Elements will retain its name and becomes a division of Dilworth Homes.

Larson and some of her employees also come along as part of the deal.

“Dilworth could have started a high-end, custom-home, luxury division, but it made more sense for us to acquire All Elements because it’s already a well-respected luxury home builder in the Okanagan,” added Higgins.

“It has brand identity and it’s definitely worth keeping the All Elements brand.”

Therefore, the strategic acquisition of All Elements not only expands and diversifies Dilworth Homes’ reach, it also secures an immediate, significant presence in the luxury home market.

Dilworth characterizes it as a coming together to create a diverse powerhouse in custom home building across the Okanagan.

Both Dilworth and All Elements have won numerous Okanagan Housing Awards and Georgie BC Housing Awards.

One of All Elements’ specialties is net-zero — building with lots of insulation, futuristic heating and cooling systems, renewable energy systems and fresh air systems to make sure the custom home produces as much or more clean energy than the house consumes.
